Product Description

Purpose: DPI service could ensure that the quality of products is maintained throughout the production phase, to further pinpoint problems that need earlier correction before completion of the whole consignment. Condition: When at least *0% - *0% of goods have been completed, we do a visual check on the quality of semi-finished and finished products against client specifications and/or reference samples. We mainly check the following aspects: The production status during the manufacturing process (Photo taking for client reference) The semi-finished and finished products at random (Normally, for finished products, sampling plan is GI; and for semi-finished product, we will random check *2 pcs from production line for the key process) The production lines & capability The package details and packing material Make recommendations
