Introduction
DYC Self-adhesive Polymer Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane is a patented product which is independently developed by Guangzhou Dayu. This Self-adhesive Membrane product is made of synthetic rubber and high quality asphalt, by added in active chemicals and reinforce materials (PY type) or non-reinforced (N type). Use peelable silicon PE/PET film as insulation film. It is a cold-applied waterproofing membrane product. With its unique bonding mechanism, paved with wet-applied or pre-applied method, DYC self-adhesive membrane can supply a gapless complete waterproof sealing system, it will construct a strong bonding between waterproofing membrane, polymer cement and basement, so realized full and permanent combination, forming a reliable Skin Type waterproofing system. 
Features

Application scope
1) Various industrial and civil buildings, basement, roof.
2) Underground construction, railway tunnel, subway, bridge and highway project.
3) Swimming pool, fire pool, water ditch and pipe drain.
4) Sewage pool, refuse landfill, artificial lake and municipal works.
Construction Guideline: Wet-applied
1)substrate treatment: remove dust, debris from the substrate surface, dry surface should be wetted out first, but no ponding left. These sharp corners should be treated by mortar first with min. *0 mm radius for internal and min. *0 mm radius for external corner.
2)Scrape a thin layer of cement (mortar) over the substrate surface, mortar layer shall be wider than membrane by **0~**0mm.
3)All joints (corners, construction joints, post-cast strips, deformation joints and through-wall pipelines) should be reinforced first.
4) Peel off isolating film of the membrane lower surface, pave the membrane onto mortar layer along the alignment, and keep min. *0 mm overlap for joint area.
5) Press it down, exhaust any trapped air, and make sure membrane and mortar having a tight contact for the entire area.
6) Use a hand-hold press roller to roll and press the lapping area, exhaust air, and ensure a tight bonding.
7) acceptable check.
8) Advantages: the construction of the base surface can be damp, suitable to apply in rainy reasons 
Remarks: Pre-applied method can follow construction guideline of DCPS.
Cautions
1)Dont install if the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the basement is polluted, there are water or ice on basement.
2)Dont install with others construction processes at the same time, if need to install others facilities on ready waterproof layer, take actions to protect the waterproof layer from damage and the waterproof layer under facilities should be reinforced.
3) Dont put any material, machines or facilities on ready waterproof layer, and dont touch the waterproof layer with any sharp objects in order to prevent the waterproof layer from damage.
Storage and Transportation
1) Different items, models, dimensions and grades should be stored separately. 
2. Store the products in a dry and ventilated place with the storage temperature less than *0℃, and products should be placed upright and stacked no more than two layers.
3) Keep products in an upright position during transportation., avoid incline and cross squeeze between rolls.
4) The shelf-life is one year under normal storage condition.
