Nep Yarn(Pattern U, V, W) ‘is the yarn that made from 6% of one, two and three-colored dots of polyester fiber(follow U, V, W repectively) combined with *4% raw white cotton fiber as a background. Character: Kongkiat’s Neps are strongly bonded and blended with raw white so that it’s less likely to split off when the yarns are knitted by the circular knitting machine.Advantage: Kongkiat’s Nep yarn is good to run on circular knitting machines without breaking the pins of the machines and no tear or holes on the fabrics because our technique of producing our Nep yarn effect. With our special dyeing on the Neps, ‘Luminous Neps glow under the backlight either in the light box or room.(Such as night club or bar).
