Main Structure

The unit is composed of melting kettle, generators, diesel burner, spray hose assembly and handrail. The kettle is multi-layer tank, including inner chamber, fire layer and insulation layer. With nice appearance, its firm and durable. 
It is equipped with diesel burner heating, thermal insulation system and manual agitation system. The material temperature can be set and controlled during *****0 ℃. Its applicable to ordinary asphalt and sealant. The material flux can be adjusted manually. It is easy to move and operate. In the meantime, it also has many advantages including filling evenly, high efficiency and saving material etc.
The peculiar thermostat control system allows auto control and preservation of the materials temperature after reaching to the setting temperature. The unique heating pipe system ensures an ongoing construction work even under low temperature conditions by preventing the sealing materials at the feeding nozzles from cooling and solidifying. The ergonomic anti-splashing loading door makes loading easier with reasonable loading height. 
Temperature controller LCD shows the temperature, simple to operate. The sealed cracks are nice, stable and durable, efficiently prolonging the use life of roads. High efficiency ,low operating expense.
