The Eagle plotters series has been designed specifically for printing on objects

With its innovative wing design, it allows a rapid set-up for both production and sampling.

Compared to regular plotters (two-point engine), Eagle is equipped with a single-point engine, this allows the machine to have no constraints on the size and you can then insert also very bulky materials for printing. Eagle is perfect for printing on any material, and has a dedicated software, WhiteRip.

It's separated in three models, Eagle *0, Eagle *0 and Eagle **0, which differ in print size. All of our printers are designed and built in Italy, they are all provided with third generation LED lamp group, white recirculation system with pressured colours, height sensors, brushless engines with absolute encoder sensors and a heating system for the print head group.

The supplied equipment includes the WhiteRip dedicated software, with specific functions realized purposedly for UV Printing. Optionals are the vacuumed plate, templates and automations for industrial production .

The UV printing system, as in UltraViolet rays, is based on the fact that the UV rays dry completely and almost instantly the ink, allowing a cleaner print and a better color rendering. To print this way, we use a particolar kind of inks that allows ultraviolet rays to trigger the hardening reation, thanks to their specific composition. The impressive feature about this technique is that the material is ready and usable already at the end of the printing process! UV Printing can be done on any kind of material, with beautiful results: glossy, embossed, gummed just by printing on the desired surface.

The special inks used by us are resistant to weathering, allowing their use in any medion for exposure to sunlight or weather, in a completely safe way.

Besides the obvious advantage of a print on par with high definition prints, with this system, you will eliminate the use of chemical substances that are highly toxic or solvents (traditional inks contain usually *0 to *0% of these substances).

The UV LED technology enables high quality printouts on any material, low processing temperatures will also allow you to print on heat sensitive materials. The life of LED lamps is *0 times longer than traditional lamps, and the costs are much lower than normal UV lamps. Another considerable advantage is represented by the low cost of consumption accompanied by the absence of ozone release.

Material thickness up to *5cm!

One of the most important features is the ability to work with a variable thickness up to *5 cm.

The machine automatically detects the height of the object and sets all parameters to achieve optimum print quality.

New generation Print Heads

new printheads have a better performance and last longer, with mirror treatment to prevent the deposit of color and clogging of the print nozzles.

Ecologic and semiflexible UV LED Inks

Eagle uses the ECO-UV ink from DPI, ccharacterized by a high quality of pigments, with a high degree of brightness and a wide color gamut. Due to the high coverage of white ink, you can print on transparent or dark with no problems.

Eagle, unlike normal plotters, was created to respond to industrial needs and can be lined up with custom solutions. The Engineers that were assigned to the Eagle project, worked closely with the Department of Automation, thus being able to give the best possible integration of customized solutions in designing and realizing custom solutions. Some examples have already been built, for example the use of a flat belt instead of the traditional printing plate, the integration with robots for the automatic loading of the plan, custom templates, suction system with suction cups for movable plates of custom forms, and much more.
