1. The plywood material for Eames lounge chair with ottoman
(PV****1) is carefully selected
by experienced craftsman before
production. Available with Palisander or walnut or
cherry finish in same shape and curve with original Herman
Miller Design. Thinner than before but stronger. There is
minimal black wood knot in the edge of plywood shell. After
taking off the cushions, you could find the inside of wood
shell also finished with veneer. This makes the chair in a
very high end of luxury furnishing.
2. The armrest cushions of Eames lounge chair are placed
inside with steady steel panel instead of plywood to make the
shape thinner and curve elegant.
3. The complete metal base for the chair and ottoman
is developed in brand new mold exactly
based on the original design.
4. All cushions include armrest, headrest, back, and seat are
made in PU foam of high resilient and durable for years. Both
the shape and size are made according to original design. The
seat and back and headrest cushions are removable. But the
chair cushions would be assembled when packing.
5. The backside of seat and back cushions are backing with
high resilient rubber panel and zip system. The air holes in
the panel make the cushions recovering shape immediately
after seated.
6. Leather s are attached in same way with original
chair, safe and tight. The wrinkles around the s are in
a natural and nice way.
7. The overall measurements and reclining degree is same with
original HM chair. When seated, the chair back would be more
reclining and comfortable and feature with slight swing. This
is just like the original chair and give the chair extra
comfort. It is a very special design which most copies of
Eames lounge chair do not have.
