Q.Are your a factory or trading company?

Q. Can I get a sample? How can I get a sample?

 A.Yes, sample request are welcome. We could offer 5 pcs FREE samples at the most. Pls. kindly contact our sales.

Q.How do you ship the goods and how long does the goods arrive?

A. We usually ship by seas; the shipment period is up to the customers location. If customers need by air or Express (DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS,etc), we could change accordingly.

Q. What is the guarantee period for deck tile?

A. Although the warranty period extends for 3 years from the date of purchase, you can expect lifetime of enjoyment from an interlocking tile deck.

Q. Do you have stock? If not, whats the lead time?

A. Some regular products have stock. If we dont have stock right now, lead time is ****5 days. But if customers are in hurry, we could try to catch customer schedule.

Q. Where can the tiles be used?

A. Practically any solid, even (not bumpy) surface e.g. courtyards, balconies, patios, porches, roof tops, hot tub surrounds, pool surrounds, garden paths, boat decks, gazebos, sun rooms, basements…..anywhere you would like a beautiful wood deck or floor.

Q: Can the tiles be used in extremely cold conditions?

A. The tiles are specifically chosen for low water absorption properties to minimize the danger of cracking in freeze/thaw situations. For the plastic base, we use a polymer mix which consists mainly of polyethylene with some polypropylene added for extra stiffness. Polyethylene can be used extremely cold conditions without becoming excessively brittle.

Q. Can they be used in extremely hot locations?

The polyethylene base can withstand temperatures up to *0 degrees C without any problem.

Q. Are the tiles affected by water or heavy rainfall?

A. Due to the gaps between the tiles, any water drains away quickly and freely via the open plastic mesh base underneath the slats or the tiles. No water remains trapped or in extended contact with the wood.

Q. Can the tiles be laid directly on bare earth?

A. We do not recommend laying the interlocking tile range on bare earth.

Q. Can I use the tiles indoors?

A. Certainly. However you should take care that if any crumbs or other food particles fall in the gaps between the wood slats, they are vacuumed away promptly.
