This gas flow meter was developed by ECOVIZ KFT. with the aim to
measure the mass flow of the dosing of chlorine gas and transmit
these informations towards ECOMAT Automatic dose control
unit.
From view of the operating principle, it consists of two
units.
The main processor communicates with the surround via ***0mA
analog signal, the optical sensor unit behind the glass tube of
the rotameter determines and evaluating the exact position of the
Teflon ball.
ECOFLOAT gas flowmeter stores all the adjustments in its
non-volatile EEPROM memory module, so they do not disappear even
if the unit is switched off.
Two PIC micro controllers provide the software, the digital data
storage, and the control of the internal (relays, sensors, push
s) as well as the external peripherals (LCD display, LED
light).
Its plastic housing allows use in wet, corrosive environment.
