DZSF linear vibrating screen
1. Structure
a. It is a kind of
small and medium, multideck screening machine and is composed of
SCREENING BOX, MESH, MESH FRAME, VIBRATING MOTOR, SHOCK
MITIGATION SYSTEM AND BOTTOM FRAME, etc.
2. Working Principle:
a.The vibrating source is
also from vibrating motor.
b. There are two motors to be
fixed on the both side of screening box(or under the screening
box) to corotate by the contrary direction. In the process of
rotating, the eccentric blocks of motor will emerge a kind of
centrifugal force, which can be transmited to the screening box
and make the machine run by linear direction.
c. Then the material on the mesh
will be vibrated –forward and screened. By choosing the suitable
mesh, the screening target is realized.
3. Character and usage:
A Character:
1.Small volum,
simple structure, high precise.
2. All-closed design, low noise and
consumption.
3. Layers. It supports one layer two layers,
at most to five layers.
B. Mesh frame.
a. wooden
packing.
b. Steel
frame. It is suitable for big aperture.
c. Stainless
steel **4 frame. It is suitable for corresion material.
