The whole egg tray/box production line consist of four systems:
Pulping system+ Forming system+Drying system+Packing system

The drying line can be single-layer or multi-layer according to customer's requirements. And the fuel can be diesel, natrural gas, coal, electricity ect. Depending on local cost.

Raw materials are simple: Waste paper, newspaper, industrial packing paper, mainly book, cultural paper, paper carton ect.
