Electrode Concentricity Tester

Product Description

This electronic instrument is used to test the concentricity of electrodes with ferrous & nonferrous core wires. The instrument is based on a non destructive testing method with simple operation and precise measurement.

The outer shell of the instrument is made of sheet steel. The measuring head, consisting of two measuring probes, is mounted on scale beams and fitted with deflector plates for easy electrode insertion. The central points carrying the electrodes in the measuring head are made of carbide for wear resistance.

The electrodes are positioned on ball bearings arranged on both sides of the measuring head. A sensitivity control knob to determine the specific factor for each electrode diameter and type is provided. Signal lamp and buzzer are activated when the predetermined tolerance values are exceeded. A knob to set the required tolerance limit and another knob to set the zero point of the indicator are provided.
