Introduction:
The DWM electromagnetic flowmeters and switches are designed to measure and monitor the flowrates of electrically conductive liquids, pastes and slurries.
Principle of measure:
The conductor can produce induced voltage with motion in magnetic field, because measured liquid is a kind of conductor, its flow direction is perpendicular to magnetic induction B and the induced voltage is U=K*B*V*D, besides, K is constant, B is magnetic displacement, V is flow rate of medium, D is electrode spacing and U is voltage between a couple of electrodes (platinum electrode and grounding electrode).
