   GT*9E includes an onboard data storage feature that can be configured to store a minimum of ***0 location identification data packets in the event of loss of cellular coverage, power outage, battery failure, etc. Once power is restored to the device, it will automatically send the stored information to the monitoring center.    
    GT*9E tracks Offenders outdoors movement utilizing GPS technology and communicates the data to the monitoring center via GPRS.
