Elsner HS***0 Rewinder & OWH***0 Over wrapper HS***0 Rewinder This is an American manufactured rewinder and recognized as the best equipment for this purpose internationally. Suitable for converting and rewinding of coreless rolls, for single web or multi layered laminate from *0gsm to **0gsm. Capable of converting *5 rolls per minute or **0m per minute. Features a shafted unwind system with off the floor lifting capabilities, for a maximum bulk roll diameter of 1m on a *6mm core � air shaft included. Straight cut provided by servo driven rotary shear cut knife. The HS***0 produces a product roll with a straight cut, tangent start for a smooth I.D. with no fold over or S-Turn. Web width range is **0mm � **0mm. Cut lengths electronically controlled and adjusted in 1mm increments from 0.*6m � *0m. Includes a Pressure Sensitive Label applicator for labels *0mm x *0mm. OWH***0 Over wrapper The machine consists of the following major sections: infeed conveyor, unclosed roll orientor, roll wrapping and sealing assembly, preliminary shrinking conveyor and full size heat shrink equipment for final completion of a neat and tightly over wrapped product roll. The OWH***0 over wrapper is designed to fit the end of the HS***0 and is totally compatible. Designed to use plain or in register printed shrink films. The equipment runs on 3 Phase power and requires *5scfm (*5.5cubic meters per hour) with a minimum pressure of *0psi.
