The Automatic capsule printing machine KYH ***0E is the state-of the- art  machine developed by our company. With double color orientation system , All the characters, image and trademark on the capsule surface can be printed in circle or axial liner way, and two color printed in one time directionally. With high printing speed, good printing performance and convenient operation interface.
 
Working principle:
 
1. The upper rectification rollers, lower rectification rollers, rectification forks and baffle plates make up of rectification system, which make empty capsules to be placed in order on the cavity of transmit chain with capsule caps towards same direction. The transmit chain transfer the capsules to the printing station and to be printed, both linear and circular type printing can be fulfilled on one machine. After being printed, the printing pattern will be throughly dried on the way from printing station to the discharge outlet. The distance between the printing station to the discharge outlet is sufficiently long for printing pattern to be dried throughly.
2. Online rejection device will reject the non-rectified capsule, so that the directional printing rate is **0% ensured.
3. Cleaning wheel is provided online to clean the rubber wheel (offset wheel), so that the printing ink thickness is uniformly controlled and ensure clear printing result.

Highly exquisite printing steel wheel is an important part to ensure the clear printing on capsules.
