Product Description

A specially designed ventury arrangement with hopper collecting the capsules from online sorter is connected with the capsules conveying pipeline. A nominal air pressure (outside ) is required to give to this arrangement, which helps the capsules to transfer from this location to any of the other selected area/ hall / floor.

The pipeline is further connected to an auto aeration unit performing the online aeration of capsules with sorting of loose cap/body as well double cap capsules. The auto aeration unit is fully equipped with the special hopper arrangement with necessary electrical/electronic controls for on-line aeration of capsules. Once set every thing is done without any manual except replacing the full drum/boxes of capsules at outlet.

Thus eliminating every chance pf process variation of aeration of capsules on line, It also have the necessary arrangements for online sorting of the loose cap and body as well the diametrically defective capsules after aeration. Double cap sorting is also done online which any other sorter is not doing. Special rotating disc provides **0% removal of the loose bodies.

It is built to the GMP standard with all contact parts made of stainless steel/aluminum. It is of excellent layout, compact arrangements with low humming sound. The stainless steel fabrication and machine parts are skillfully manufactured and finished to close dimensions, tolerances and are free from cracks/pocket holes. Easy line clearance design greatly reduces the cleaning time and potential of foreign capsules creation.

The machine is user friendly and is available for any of the capsules size *0 , 0 , 1 , 2 , 3  and 4 and is suitable for the capsules auto plant running up to *0 bpm
