Description

1. The bright solution equipment is a special equipment to make online heat of stinless steel pipe up to ***0℃, and then to cool it fast to **0℃ below under the protection of hydrogen.

2. Induction heating coil and cooling system are built in a sealed pipe.

3. The major feature of this system is the unrepeated usage of hydrogen, the flow of which is very small,just several liters per minute. The gas in use is pure hydrogen, the quantity of which is very small in gas pipeline, so it is not dangerous. In the meanwhile, exhausted off gas is burnt, which can prevent hydrogen from diffusing into ambient air, thus avoiding accumulating to dangerous concentrantion in surrounding space.

4. The heated stainless steel pipe is cooled in the way of heat conduction in a special closed cooling tunnel, which is the reason why this system just need a little air to undertake bright annealing compared with other systems.

5. PLC automatically controls the air control system and equipment protection, thus ecsuring high reliability and security of equipment.

6. Medium frequency power supply adopts the latest IGBT variable-frequency power source,and voltage feedback series inverter whose output power is applicable to the pipe of all diameters.
