The kilns of this series
are built of alumina mullite light-weight bricks. Electrothermal
element adopts the high melting point material of
DesignationOCr*7AL7MO2 to form spiral pipe shape. There are five sides
emitting heat in the kilns to make the temperature inside uniform.
Temperature control method adopts programmable automatic control,
i.e., it can realize automatic control in the whole course of
starting, warming, heat preservation, cooling, quenching, etc. It
is able to store the firing curves of more than 4 types of products
in controller for invocation at any time. The accuracy of
temperature control is±1℃
and long-term operating
temperature is ***0℃.
