Polyester conveyor belt also famous as EP conveyor belts, it has tension resistant body is canvas that is woven into the fabric of polyester and polyamide in weft.Polyester conveyor belt advantage of a lightweight thin, high tensile strength, fatigue and wear resistance, erosion resistance of water / steam / chemical, good impact resistance, excellent ability grooving. Polyester conveyor belt has low elongation, good stability and a long heater never life. Polyester conveyor is the developing trend of the belt fabric.

Structure: The two layers i.e. Carcass and Cover are developed from the Polyester and Nylon material , the combination of these belts give the EP its main performance feature of high tensile strength and ability to serve in harsh conditions. EP has the ability i.e. it has no effect of moisture on it and similarly no chemical reagents can distort the material surface. We also offer multiply layers i.e. in between the carcass materiel there is a special layer of rubber can be added . Multi layers allow the conveyor to become ideal for extremely heavy loading and multiple application in almost every industry.

Application Areas :Conveyor polyester is mainly used in long distance harsh conditions of heavy load, high chemical long distance heavy load, etc. conveyor corrosive high polyester chemistry is especially suitable for transportation in a humid environment.
