Designed to handle the toughest conveying applications, Smiley Monroes ToughFlex Conveyor Belt Series fulfils the highest national and international standards for tensile strength and wear resistance DIN ****2, ISO ****7 and BS **0.

Our EP multiply fabric rubber conveyor belts are designed to operate in a wide range of industries, for transporting abrasive materials such as cement, coal, granite, gravel recycled material, iron ore grain, beets, potatoes, timber in a range of temperatures from **0 C to *0 C (**2 F to **2 F).

We hold large stocks of flat and chevron multiply fabric carcass conveyor belts from 2 ply to 6 ply in various widths up to ***0mm (8 ft), tensile strengths and covers from heavy duty primary to light duty applications, giving excellent cut, impact and wear resistance.

Our Conveyor Belt Series also includes Specialised Belts for the most demanding industries, from cement and fertiliser production to underground and surface mining applications, withstanding temperatures up to **0 C and isolated temperatures up to **0 C:

1. EP Conveyor Belts

Suitable for loose, relative big density type big, middle, and small mineral locks, coal materials etc. conveyer, which has relatively big impact force and abrasion.Not Suitable for hot and oily materials conveyer. Especially suitable for working in severe environment, which requires relatively high belt dimension stability.

Features:

1).Polyester fabric has high module, low shrinkage properties, therefore, the belt has extremely high dimension stabilities. The belt has very small elongation during working; the convey starts stably, suitable for either long distance or short distance.

2).Strong water, steametching resistance, good bonding property, avoid belt laminate separation, as a result, postpone the life span.

3).PE canvas conveyer belt has good groove forming property.

4).Excellent impact resistance.

5).Good biological corrosion resistance.

6).Good abrasion resistance.
