  1) Mainly used for hydraulic/air filter support layer, it is the main part of the filter element.
  
  The forming is through electrostatic spraying dedicate the epoxy mesh resin powder adsorption on different metal woven mesh surface, through a certain temperature and time, the epoxy resin powder melting, covering the surface of the wire mesh to form a dense protective coating. Usually the substrate materials are stainless steel mesh, aluminum alloy mesh, carbon steel mesh.  Epoxy resin powder can be customized according to customer requirements (including specific colors)
  
  2) Product features:
  
  The product after surface treatment, the interleaving point is fixed, the mesh opening is uniform square, the warp and weft is vertical,not easy to loose deformation, strengthening the support force;  The net surface is soft and easy to form.  Can form different surface color, the color is round and uniform.

  1. Oil corrosion resistance: it can be detected by various brands of hydraulic oil media around the world at different temperatures and time, and the coating surface has no change. It is suitable for special hydraulic filter products under high temperature and high pressure.
  
  2. Corrosion resistance: according to ASTM B*****9 salt spray test standard, continuous test *6H coating surface has no change, suitable for the use of air filters in harsh environment;
  
  3. Strong adhesion: it can pass H grade pencil test, 1kg/*0cm impact test, grid test, anti-fatigue detection;
  
  4. High bending resistance: it can be folded by steel rod with curvature radius of 1mm, without cracks on the surface;
  
  5. After cutting, keep the edge wire not falling off after cutting, and the adhesive force of the coating interweaving point can reach 0.7kg
