[*7:*1:*8] Elias Astor: Harar Coffee is one of the world's finest
and highest premium coffee type. Harar coffee is grown in eastern
highlands of Ethiopia, covering a vast area of land near to and
surrounding a town called Harar, from which it obtained its market
name. Customarily, all coffee cherries grown in this area are
processed using sun-drying method.
Harar Coffee relatively larger in size compared to the other
varieties, has a distinctive deep mocha flavor. The acidity is
milder but the mouthfeel is very good often exhibiting full body
score. The sun drying process gives the beans inside the cherry a
fantastic blueberry and winy aroma and chocolaty taste.
This highland long berry coffee of Ethiopia grown at an altitude of
***0 - ***0 meter high above the sea level has earned the name -
''world's finest coffee bean''. If complemented with full roast, it
really makes a great first cup of the day.
