Silicone Ink Prepare
Methods :
Mixed Color master batch:
Using it when needing various colors.
For ink to be yellow: mixed
with yellow color paste3%**0% to colors! sometimes can mix some
white pigment together to get the yellow effect, the adding ratio
is depends on the customers printed sample
request.
Same process as for ink to blue ,
Red and other color ink!
For ink to be grey: add 3%
of black color paste and 5% of white color paste , the adding
ratio is depends on the customers printed sample
request.
If need white color,the adding
ratio is *0%**5%.
Silicone Ink Mix
process
1. Mixed **4%
CATATLYST curing agent B Part into small amount of silicone
ink A Part.
2. The curing agent should be mixed very
well, Otherwise,some
parts wont be cured.
3. could use thinner for decrease the
viscosity,adding ratio 5%**5%,if too much
the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be
reduce.,so have to test before production is
required.
