clad plate.

I would like to introduce our group:
We
are a group including 3 factories and 2 trading companies.
Explosive bonding clad plate is produced in one of our
factories-Huludao Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd. Attached
you will see our group profile, please check it.
We
are now processing A*6+C**6 clad plate for India L&T regarding
the power plant FGD projects, the clad plate will be used in the
chimney directly.
We
also processed forging+SB**5Gr1 tubesheet for Sweden customers,
these thick clad plate are used in the heat exchanger, please see
attached product pictures.
All
our clad plate will carry out relevant tests according to attached
international standard ASTM B**8 or A**4/**5. B**2 so on to ensure
the bonding quality. Also we can ask TUV to inspect and provide you
EN****4.3.2 certificate.
Our
advantage is that we own our explosive plant in the mountain which
is strictly controlled by local government, we provide explosive
OEM service for many domestic clad plate manufacturers. Thus we we
can offer better price.

Step 1: Purchasing & Receiving inspection
Purchased cladding metal and base metal must comply with the
precise specification and customer requirement. Plates are
inspected upon request and provided the re-inspection report.
Step 2: Surface preparation
Automated grinding process assures the correct surface
preparation.
Step 3: Pre-welding
Large cladding sheets may be fabricated from multiple sheets by
edge butt welding.
Step 4: Clad assembly:
Cladding plate and base plate are assembled together in the precise
configuration to assure correct conditions for explosive
bonding.
Step 5: Explosion bonding
The controlled detonation of an explosive layer on the cladding
plate results in a high-pressure collision of the metals. The
collision conditions create a metallurgical weld between the
cladding and base metal plates.
Step 6: Ultrasonic testing & Heat treatment
After the initial ultrasonic testing, require a stress relief heat
treatment after cladding.
Step 7: Levelling
The clad plates are flattened by the multi-roll levelers, thicker
or wider clad plates are flattened by the pressure machine.
Step 8: Cutting
Plates are cut to the final size. Flame cut and machining are
available options.
Step 9: Test & Inspect
Ultrasonic inspection verifies bond quality and provide a complete
inspection record. Flatness &Dimensional compliance are
confirmed. Welding repaired will be carried out if there is any
unbonded area under the permission of customer. UT and PT will be
carried out on the welding joints.
Step *0: Stamping & Tagging& Package
Stamping and tagging as per ASME and customer requirement. The
plates will be packed on the pallets for shipment.
