Applications of Explosion-proof Three-phase Induction Motor for Underground Coal Mining YBK2 series: 1)EExd I : This flameproof motor can be used in the underground coal mines where the explosive mixture such as methane or dust exists. 2) EExd II BT4: This explosion-proof motor we made in China is also suitable for used sites where the hazardous environment is classified into II Group, B Class, and Temperature T*-T4. Working Conditions of Explosion-proof Three-phase Induction Motor for Underground Coal Mining YBK2 series: 1) Ambient temperature will change according to different seasons, but it should not surpass *5℃ (under coal mine) or *0 ℃ (factory), the lowest ambient temperature should be **5℃; 2) Local altitude should never surpass ***0m; 3) The maximum air relative humidity should be lower than *5% (while temperature keeps at *5℃)(under coal mine) or the monthly maximum mean relative temperature of the most humid month should be *0%, and meanwhile the lowest temperature of this month should not over *5℃ (factory). 4) Rated voltage should be **0V, **0V, ***0V, **0/**0V and **0/***0V; 5) Rated frequency should be *0Hz; 6) Working mode of the motor is S1 continuous duty, full-voltage start-up is available; 7)Electromotor applies F-class insulation, and raise of stator temperature(resistance method) is checked according to *0K (among which NO.2, 4 of **5L and No.**5 are checked according to **5K) 8)Temperature (use thermometers)of motor bearings should be lower than *5℃
