1.Warping machine(with beam rack and standard accessories)
Function:It is used to gather the yard onto the warper's beam , for the use of the Weaving machine.
2.Pile Weather Strip Weaving Machine:(note:1 Warping machine can Maximun connect to *0 Weaving Fabirc machines)
Function: it is used to produce pile weather strips
3.Complete Line Back coating devices
Function: extruder,hauling,cutting,stripping.
4.Automatic rolling machine :
Function: rolling ,cutting




 

Introduction of Complete Line Back coating devices

Complete Line Back coating devices is composed of the follwingthre machinudehauling machine, stripping machine with racks.

1. The extruder is configured with *-section heating device and threaded screws, suitable fo processing the materials PP, PVC, PE, PRP, PEX etc., with the characteristics of high speed, even plasticizing, high yield. This machne has exhaust and cooling system, inverter speed control, and precise temperature control.

2. The hauling machine is configued with double water wheel cooling system, double traction axle, dual external heating rods, three groups transition shaft.

3. The slitting machine now use the utility knife to cut. This substantially save the cost of round knife, and have the advantages of fast changing and easy installation.

4. The whole coating line only need one worke for operaton, this highly saves the employee cost and enhances the work efficiency.
