Pre-Production Inspections (PPI): At the beginning of the production process we do a visual check on the quality of components, materials, accessories, semi-finished and finished products against your specifications and/or reference samples to predict any potential problems. We then make suitable recommendations so as to guarantee that your product specifications are being met from the start. FOR PPI, WE MAINLY CHECK THE FOLLOWING: *-Factory's production line & capability *-Factory's facilities & equipment *-Raw materials, main components and accessories *-Semi-finished products *-Some finsished products During Production Inspections (DPI): When at least ****0% of products have been completed, we do a visual check on the quality of semi-finished and finished products against your specifications and/or reference samples. This ensures that the quality of products is maintained throughout the production phase, further pinpointing problems that need early correction before completion of the whole consignment. FOR DPI, WE MAINLY CHECK THE FOLLOWING: *-The production status during the manufacturing process *-The semi-finished and finished products at random *-The production lines & capability *-The package details and packing materials *-Make recommendations Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI): This an acceptance sampling inspection undertaken when goods are **0% completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors randomly select samples from finished goods according to an inspection level requested in accordance with the international statistical standard known as MIL***5E (ISO*****1). It ensures finished products are in accordance with specifications.
