Brief Intro :WNS series oil gas fired packaged boiler is a safe and
high efficiency (98%) heating equipment with high automation, it is
flue gas three pass and wet back structure, widely used for
industrial production and processing, such as textile mill,
medicine industry, food & beverage industry, chemical industry,
garment industry, food processing industry, and wood processing
industry, moreover, it could be used for central heating in
enterprise, hotel, hospital, civil architecture, etc.
WNS series oil and

shell type full wet back typefiretube
structure.The structure
adopts three return journeys, in which the oil or gas is well
atomized by the burner and fully mixed with the air, and is
completely burned in the corrugated furnace bile, and then turns
from the rear smoke chamber into the return smoke pipe, turns to
the front smoke box into the return smoke pipe, enters the back
smoke box, and is discharged by the chimney.The size of the furnace
liner we choose is large, which provides conditions for the full
combustion of fuel, sothis packaged
steam boiler can
burn heavy oil, light oil, natural gas and city
gas. In addition,
our company adopts threaded smoke pipe in the design, and the
relative flow rate can control low smoke resistance, low power
consumption and large load regulation ratio under the guarantee of
sufficient heat transfer.
Free-Installation
Before
the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the
basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire
connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/
assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity.
Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler
does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The
additional, the entire boiler system is
portable.
