1. Should I wear the product to my skin or to my undercloth?

The effect for wearing the product to the skin will be better. 

But if you are in serious condition, we suggest you wear the product

 to your thin under cloths not directly to skin.





2. How can we make the heat faster?

You can use a wet cloth to wipe the heated cloth side or put the product

 in the sunshine for while. All this will be helpful for product heat.

 

3. How should we wash the product?

Usually we dont recommend to wash the products !  





4. How long can I wear the product?

You can wear it for two times a day and **3 hours one time. We do not suggest wearing it in sleep!





5. Why there are red dot when I wear the product?

Do not worry! It's a normal phenomenon and when you take off the product,

the red dots will disappear. And if you are in serious condition, we suggest 

you wear the product to your thin under cloths not directly to skin.

 

6.How long will the product become heat?

Based on different skin and blood circulation, the time for heat is 

from *5 minutes to 1 hour. So please do not worry when you wear it for 

some time and it do not become heat.
