As we known, For brass faucets, there're 3 main factors to measure the quality: 1) Material 2) Appearance 3)Specification

Maybe we can summarize the main factors affecting the price as below:
1)    Material: generally speaking, we will use ***1 brass body and zinc alloy handle. Better brass will show better plating surface. But nowadays, there are still a lot of unqualified brass such as ***3 brass, brass mixed lead to be used as chrome faucet, which will help the factory save the cost. 2)    For Appearance, actually, there are 4 quality levels in RP quality system, Economy, Popular, Expert and Luxury. Each level has tight control for the appearances, there are 4 tables which will rule details. For example, Luxury quality level table says, the Maximum imperfection is one pore of 0.5mm and two of 0.3mm, scratches and his are size 0.5*0.5mm, gap between spout and nozzle is 0.3mm for Surface A.

3)    For Specification, Main point is the cartridge and the aerator. Usually, all our luxury level faucets use Hain Yo or Sedal Cartridge which can pass **0psi burst test, and use Neoperl Aerator.
