FIBCs (Standard bulk bags)

Product Description

Standard bulk bags are the bulk bags used for fulfilling the very basic requirement of the end users. They normally range from **0kgs to 2 **0kgs SWL and are manufactured with a safety factor of 5: 1 (Single trip) or 6: 1 (Multi trip) usage 

Corner lifting loops:
U*2 Panel design: A very basic design where the belt of the bulk bag is stitched along the seams on both sides. These bags are also known as the Corner loop bags since the belt only goes along the corners of the bag.

Cross Corner lifting loops:
Circular woven design: A bag which is specifically designed to hold the loop up for their easy access by the fork lift. The belt is stitched on the fabric and a special reinforcement of fabric is done on the area where the belts are stitched. A bag with such a design is popularly known as cross corner loop bag as the loops are crossing the corners of the Bulk bag. 

Top Features/Filling:
Bulk bag are made with various ways of filling the bulk material depending on the kind of industry.
Open top, Spout top, Duffle(Skirt) top

Bottom Features/Discharge:
The material may be discharged from the bulk bag through a spout at the bottom.
Flat closed bottom (without discharge)
Spout discharge
Spout discharge may also be with a B-lock, a special locking system that enables the spout to stay intact and bear the extra load of the bulk material in the bulk bag.

Bulk bag for certain unique/special purpose may have a filling and discharge with a Velcro tie. This gives extra strength to the spout to hold the material inside the FIBC and avoid any kind of a leakage or contamination inside the FIBC.

Additional features to the standard FIBC bulk bags:
Liners in tube, form fitted & baffled styles.
Liners loosely inserted, sewn in and glued into place.
Colored liners.
Porthole discharge bottoms with polyethylene sheets covering porthole opening.
Slide gate discharge bottoms.
Full open discharge bottoms.

Diaper closure
Conical top.
Conical bottom.
Sift proofing (Filler cord and/or webbing/felt)
B-locks for quick release.
Velcro closures.
Remote discharge.
