Filling line of sunflower oil

Product Description

Filling line of purified sunflower oil, potable and carbonated-free water, technical non-toxic and unaggressive towards the contacting materials of filtered liquid into glass and polyethylene bottles of 0.5 1.0 liter. Productivity of the line is 3.**0 of 1.0 liter bottles per hour. The line is equipped with the system of the last drop effect elimination and other modern technologies. Dispensing control is implemented by means of graduated cylinders with the ±0.5% metering accuracy. The line is readjusted for another bottle volume. 

The line was used for a year and a half. The line is in a good state and after complete overhaul. It was dismantling and cleaning the product feed, bottle movement, and pneumatic actuators. All fillers, inductive pickups, and hoses were replaced. Part of utilities, processors and sensors including, were replaced with new and original ones.
