I.Brief introduction.
This machine is mainly used for production of fermented bean curd, Sufu juice filling,sesame oil adding, caps covering and caps screwing are all finished automatically in this machine, it can save labor and reduce workshop spaces,it is the perfect equipment for fermented bean curd production.
II.Features and advantages. 1.Juice filling part use three-room low vacuum filling style, the filling room uses **6 high quality stainless steel, liquid level can be set manually. it can keep a consistent level of liquid and wont be affected by the error of bottles volume, nozzle slides up and down vertically by its own weight,it wont hurt the bottles, filling speed if very fast,bottles with gap or leak wont be filled, no leaking.
2. Sesame oil is injecting to the bottles, quantity can be adjusted from  0.2g to 1g,no injecting if there is no bottles.
3.Cap screwing process including caps delivery,arranging and screwing, caps screwing torsion is controlled by magnetic force.
4. Highly automatic,the whole machine is controlled by PLC automatically, it takes human-computer interface, it is very easy to operate. It can connected to other equipment according to customers requires.
