~        PLAD Durable Plastic Waterproof Film Faced Plywood was developed by ourself,It has plastic film,We use the hot pressing skill to make the pastic on the plywood without glue.This technology have already got three patents of National Invention Patent and Utility Model Patent and Appearance Design Patent.
     The production process is as below:
     First we use the special machine to make many small holes in the plywood,You can see the effect in the below picture.The machine will melt the plastic particles and press it as hot melt thin piece,the machine have a Calender roller, the roller will press the hot melt thin piece on the plywood,and the hot melt plastic will be pressed in the holes,when it cools,there will be many plastic rivets,they make the plastic surface and the plywood bonded more firmly. At the same time,the machine will also put a Mirror mask on the plastic, In the process of engineering construction the Mirror Mask can omit the Release agent, It reduce the construction cost and make the wall smooth and beautiful.
         The plastic surface would balance the stress of the plywood,and make it not easily deformed. The templates are durable in the using process.The plywood used phenolic glue,and we daub the silica gel on the four edges,it will blocked the wood fiber effectively and thoroughly, Have waterproof function，In the using process,the plywood will not swollen and no crack and no deformation, The maximum extent increase the using times.
