Product Features：
Granules are high biobased content and compostable, with slight fragrance.
Such resin can be processed into finish products directly, without any other polyolefin materials.
The processing temperature of them is lower than that of conventional plastic. They are easily colored and anti-static.
It reduces the use of petroleum-based resin and lowers the carbon emission with high performance cost ratio.

        Nylon compound bag or aluminum foil bag vacuum packing, exterior paper-plastic composite bag, *5kgs/bag, ton package.
 
Recommended Applications：

• Compostable packaging film.
• Compostable bags, including shopping bags, garbage bags, pet waste bags, electronic products packing bags, etc.
• Compostable gloves, tablecloth, apron, raincoat, etc.

• Using film extruder of LDPE die head with a screw of L/D ratio≥*8︰1, and the blow-up ratio should be more than 1：3, which will help to achieve maximum production yield and best film quality.
• The freshly blown film feels brittle and crisp. Its elongation is fairly low. This is due to the severe dehydration during production. After a *4 hour curing period, it will regain its properties of tensile strength and elongation. Therefore, newly made film needs *4 hours of curing period before further processing like printing or bag-making. Dont add any other polyolefin materials to protect the performances of compost, degrade and heat sealability of the products.
