Uses and Features:
Polyester spiral dry fabric is mainly used in the Dryer Section in the paper machine, Dryer and Conveyor facility in Metallurgical and Mining industrial. Drying process of printing and dyeing, dewatering fabrics for the washing coal machine, Horizontal belt washer, Sludge dewatering facility, Belt filter press, Horizontal Vacuum belt filter, Desulfuration equipment and other filter industrial.
Advantages:
Flat surface, not easily cracked, good air permeability, stable property against heat and moisture, low thermal shrinking, less elongation at heat, long lifetime.
Note:
Polyester spiral dryer fabric has three types that small loop, medium loop and large loop. Also every type divided into “A” and “B”. “A” which is filled with stuff to control the air permeability. “B” which without the fillings.
