Khanna Filters Limited offers various fabrication solutions of which the most important are listed below

• Designs with special rubberneck to stop cake build up in flow / feed holes and to provide trouble free uninterrupted flow from first to last plate.

• Special eyelets for perfect fit of fabric on the plate. We provide eyelets of Stainless steel or Brass (as per the requirement)

• Special Velcro on side of cloth for superior strength and keeps the cloth aligned correctly throughout the many months of operational life. This attachment is easily repositioned or released for plate inspection or adjustment.

• Special edge reinforcement around the filter plate-sealing surface will increase the mechanical strength of the cloth. Khanna Filters banding material is specifically manufactured with high tensile strength and stability for this application.
