working principle
 
 Put the specified work pieces in the cleaning room. After the machine starts, the rubber tracks begins to spin, the work piece cleared will flip continues by the rubber tracks, at the same time the impeller head will form the high- speed fanned shots , evenly on the surface of the work pieces, in order to clean the work pieces. The steel shots thrown will fall into the bottom of steel plate through the evenly arranged holes in the rubber tracks, and the steel plate will screen the lager particles, then the steel shots and tiny steel shots will fall into the screw conveyor under steel plate screen, which are fed into the elevator, the elevator will lift the shots to the shot-sand separator , the dust will be filtrated by the bag filter, the cleaning air is pumped into the atmosphere, the collect box must be cleaned regularly cleared. The lager particles and mixture will fall in to the cleaning room, the cleaning steel shots will fall in the impeller head to blast shots..
