    Characteristics of products:

1. The "taper shape" rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated frication which maybe created between rollers and die. In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption, lengthen die and rollers life.

2. We adopt pressure adjusting system by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjustment equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio materials, ensuring the pellet density.

3. Body of rollers are large and groove is broad. Wood sawdust, stalks requires bigger pressure, so the pressures rollers is the heart of the press machine. Compared to the other concentric machines,” taper rollers” has his own advantage of enlarging the pressed rollers at will.(Compared to ring-die pellet mills ,the ring-die pellet mills is restricted by ring die diameter ,its roller cannot be enlarged enough, roller bearing room is smaller ,so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure ,so the problem comes to being :bearings less standing ability leads to frequent repair.)

Advantage one: Rollers being enlarged, the bearing enlarges, so it can withstand bigger standing ability.

Advantage two: Rollers being enlarged, the temperature caused by extrusion friction not to be easy to transmit the bearing room to guarantee the bearing work in low temperature and the lubricating grease not easy to overflow.

Advantage three: Rollers being enlarged ,rollers can be repair **3 times ,the life is longer, so that he production cost is reduced ,and the project profit space is enlarged.

4.Rollers are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increasing production efficiency.

5.Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.

Application scope:

Mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation, such as: sawdust ,rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton seed hull, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage, the worn out plastic and factory reject, the material of low adhesion rate, difficult to forming. It also can be applied to biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer low temperature pelleting.
