Characteristics of products:

   The "taper shape"rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die. In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy comsumption, lengthen die and rollers life.

  We adopt pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to different pressure ratio materials, ensuring the pellet density.

  Body of rollers are large and groove is broad.
