Quality of product is controlled by a certified laboratory.
The quality of product is guaranteed by producer, according to the next parameters:
first grade/ premium flour

• Flour colour is white or white with a cream tint;
• Smell is characteristic for wheat flour, without any extraneous smell (not mouldy, not  musty);
• Taste is characteristic for wheat flour, without any extraneous taste (not sour, not bitter);
• Content of mineral impurity is absent.    
• Flour moisture is *4,***4.5 %, the flour is stored in appropriate conditions (relatively cool, dry and aerated), which enlarge shelf-life;   
• Ash content of the flour according to dry substance is not more than 0,*0 % - premium flour and 0,*0 % - the first grade flour. It rates extraction of the flour.
• Fineness of grinding (the rest on the sieve of silk fabric, according to the State System of Standardisation ******1) is up 5% on the sieve № *3 (**2 microns) - premium flour,   up 2% on the sieve No. *5 (**0 microns) - first grade flour;
• Protein content of the flour, according to dry substance is not less than *1 %  - premium grade and   *1,5% -  first grade.
•  Wet gluten  is not less than 24% - premium flour and 25% - first grade flour;
• Quality is not lower than second-group (Gluten Deformation meter test,GD= *0-*0) - premium flour; not lower than second-group (Gluten Deformation meter test, GD****5 units) - first grade flour.
•  Metallomagnetice impurities are  0,**0.4 mg/kg;
•  Whiteness  is *6-premium grade,****3-first grade flour;
•  Falling number is ******0 seconds - premium flour and ******0 seconds - first grade flour.
