    (4) This machine adopts South Koreas Sejong bivalve and multi-function software control system to achieve dosing and atomizing; it also adopts two sets of ***-head plug-in hot air dryer, which can grasp the cap conveying device for **0 assembled caps, one full-automatic vacuum compensated-type vacuum capping machine and the tube taking and foam tray mechanism which can grasp **0 finished tubes simultaneously; after removing the tube, insert it into the foam packing tray mechanism, control such mechanism actions via  programmable program and execute via pneumatic mechanism, in which way all procedures will be completed fully automatically, including BCA coagulant dosing, drying, capping, vacuum capping, tube taking and tray packing. This machine features high automation degree, high production efficiency, stable performance, low failure rate, easy operation, low maintenance fee, etc.
