Fluorescent color sublimation offset ink to heat transfer dye polyester fabric

The ink is mainly used to heat transfer image on textile. The printing principle is sublimation heat transfer. It is used on all kinds of lithography offset machine. With the ink, first print image on paper, then transfer the image onto various materials by heat transfer press, especially for polyester fabric. Under high temperature, the ink will become gas and color molecule goes into fabric. It belongs to gas shading. The image on textile doesn't have prominent touch sense. So the image won't fade or fall off or crack after washing.
 
Use Scope:
Apply to single-color, two-color and multi-color offset printing machine which supply single paper once. Available paper is chrome paper, coated paper, offset paper, and cardboard. Transferred materials can be fabric, cotton, mug, metal, wood, ceramic and etc. Fabric can be transferred directly, other materials need sublimation coating.

The model use good fluorescent pigment, the color is bright in dark. The color is mainly used to print garment, bag or other textile decoration. It applis to any low, middle, or high speed offset printing machine.
 
Product Feature: Fluorescent color. No crust.

1. After printing on paper, the ink won't spread and shade around.
2. The ink can keep 3 years without crust on surface.

3. The color is very bright in violet-rays or dark.

Use method:
In normal condition, use the ink on offset printing machine directly. Or you can add ****0g varnish per kilo ink to adjust the liquidity. The chemical additive for normal offset printing also can be available, to adjust the ink attribution.
 
Step 1: design the image on computer. Make PS/CTP plate according to the designed image.
Step 2: print the image on paper by offset printer.
Step 3: transfer the image from paper to fabric by heating press.
 
Attention:
1) When make the PS plate for offset printing, the design should be mirror image. After transferring to fabric, the image will be right.
 
2) When print paper with our ink, the color sequence should be fluorescent color-black-magenta-cyan-yellow.
 
3) If transfer image on pure cotton, mug, metal, glass, you should spray a layer of coating on their surface before transferring.
 
4) The color on paper and the color on fabric are different. Because sublimation ink belongs to gas shading, so the CMYK ratio when making PS plate is different from normal offset plate-making.
  
The exact CMYK parameters should refer to our color card. We will send the card with sample together. Also we can provide printing curve file to make color adjustment easier.
