EYH series two dimensional mixer mainly consists of rotating cylinder, swinging rack and bottom case.The rotating cylinder lies on the swing rack, supported by four wheels and fixed by two stop wheels axially. Two of the supporting wheels are driven by rotating power system to make the cylinder rotate. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crankshaft which is installed on the frame and the swinging rack is supported by bearing assembly on the frame.
The rotating cylinder of EYH two dimensional mixer can make two motions at the same time. One is the rotation of the cylinder and the other is swing of the cylinder along the swinging rack.Raw materials will rotate from left to right when the cylinder is rotating. Under the effect of the two motions, materials can be mixed fully in a short time.
