Introduction to Free Float Steam Traps:
The float rises and falls along with change of amount of
condesate. Valve opens when dischargeing condensate and closes
after steam entering. As exhaust valve, built-in bimetal
component can discharge both cold air and hot air. Therefore the
heating performance of valve can be optimized for the steam in
the valve. Long service life and no wear for each point of valve
surface contacts valve seat with lapped rotating float.
