Base on the pressure variation of pipe network, frequency control cabinet makes adjustment for rotate speed and unit numbers of pumping unit to realize constant pressure water supply intelligent mechatronics device. The equipment consists of a pressure sensor, PLC programmable logic controller, PID regulation, inverter, control of the original device, the control circuit, pumps, valves, pipes, pipe base and fittings , which form a closed loop control system, according to an instantaneous change of the flow of pipe network, pressure and other parameters, automatically change the speed and the number of units for the pump, to realize the closed-loop regulation of constant variables, so that the entire water supply system will always maintain the most reasonable, most environmentally friendly and economical operation condition.
 
Design characteristics
