1.The iron-stick Chinese Yam of Huai district (Huai Shanyao) is one of Henan speical food and it is the best variety of yam.
2.The diameter is generally 1cm~2.5cm and the unit weight is generally below **0g.
3. Yam from loessial soil have more nutritions and  taste better than sand soil.
4. Yam from sand soil is straight and smooth, but yam from loessial soil is not.
