1. Ensuring well being of farmers by investing in farmer development programs

2. Promoting women in flower farming which is essentially synonymous to our company’s management philosophy by having a woman CEO.
3. We focus on the environment by protecting water supplies and by providing access to clean drinking water to the farmers. We also try to minimize the use of pesticides and insecticides to control pollution.
4. We strictly stand against child labor and none of our flowers come from farms employing children below the legal age of employment.
