The test prove: put water loaded with amount of mud、sand、stone into the pipe and make the rotation abrasion effects comparison test. After **0 thousand times rotation, the abrasion degree is as following: steel pipe covered with tar and porcelain oil is 0.*3mm; steel pipe with surface-hardening treatment is 0.*8mm; FRP pipe is 0.*1mm, which proves that FRP pipe’s outstanding abrasion resistance.

Single pipe is long with few joints to accelerate installment speed and reduce the fault possibility then improve efficiency of quality of construction of whole pipe.

Good mechanical performance and insulation: FRP mortar pipe’s tensile strength is lower than steel and higher than cast iron pipe and concrete pipe when strength is 3 times than steel pipe, *0 times of cast iron pipe and *5 times of concrete pipe.
