The company is specialized in designing, researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing different types of FRP vessels as well as providing boat related training and other leisure service.

The company is located in high-tech industries development zone, Weihai, Shandong Province, it possesses a total area of more than *0,**0 square meters, including a **0m launching slipway, a ***0 square meter transition zone, a ***0 square meter boat berth, five composite material hull moulding workshops, three out-fitting workshops, two machinery processing shops and two bench workshops.

In order to expand the scale of enterprises, the company took over ****0 square meters land in Chucun Industrial Park, new construction area is added by ****0 square meters. After the completion of the project, the company will be the largest composite ships production base in north part of China.

The company has the design and construction qualification for composite vessels blow *5 meters issued by Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China and design and construction qualification for composite vessels at any length issued by Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.

We have the three-stage confidential qualification certificate of P.R.C issued by National Defense Science and Industry Bureau and weapons and equipment research and production license.

We also have been issued quality, environment, occupation health and safety management system certification and international environmental certification by China Quality Certification Center.


The company is a professional well-known domestic enterprise in producing composite vessels, we have the annual production ability of manufacturing **0 various composite vessels and we are qualified to design and build different types of FRP vessels according to the requirements of our clients.

The company pays high attention to scientific and technological innovation,  now we have engineering technical personnel **1 people, medium- and high-grade technical titles *2 people, doctor degree 1 person, master degree 3 people and bachelor degree *6 people.

The company has been keeping close cooperation with the China Aquatic Sciences Academy, Shanghai Composite Materials Research Institute, Beijing University of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Harbin Engineering University and other domestic first-class research institutes and universities.

We have introduced and absorbed the advanced scientific research achievement of composite material in shipbuilding field, now we have established provincial FRP boats engineering technology research center, municipal enterprise technology center and Weihai boats application technology research institute.

Up to now, the company has declared all kinds of patents totally **2 items, including invention patent *2 items, authorized patents *2 items and we have won China patent star enterprise title.

The company develops independent innovation, by adopting vacuum resin infusion molding technology, we successfully built *4.*6m Marine Patrol boat, which is the first time in domestic composite material shipbuilding industry.

This technology is also brought into main technology of **0 terms of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction by Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department, and won the third prize of ***1 Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress and first prize of Weihai City Scientific and Technological Progress.

The company independently researched and developed trimaran wave-elimination boats, deep V-type and many other products, and they all meet the domestic leading level after appraisal.

Among them, the composite material boats forming without mould technology has reached the international advanced level, this technology won the national patent gold medal.

The company has undertaken many national projects, during the ninth five-year plan period, we undertook three national "*5" scientific and technological research projects; during the "eleventh five-year plan" period, we undertook **3 plan new material field supporting research projects, torch plan, key new product plan, the provincial technical innovation plan project and so on; during the *2th Five -Year Plan period, we undertook two Shandong Province blue ocean economic zone construction projects.
